First off, just be yourself. Be positive, and emphasize the strong qualities you have as an ESL Teacher. Remember, you are having to sell yourself to future employers, and give them a reason why they should hire you over another candidate. Emphasize your strengths as a teacher of ESL students during the Interview- remember, you are also interviewing them to see if the school is a place where you want to work. Ask Questions!!
