Why do you run out of strategies? There are only a few of them. What you need to do is to make variations out of them. A simple change in your strategies would mean a lot of difference in the lesson. Careful lesson planning is very helpful to know which strategy to use in a class. Games, story telling, jokes, riddles, picture dictation, ice breakers, and the like would be helpful.
