Hi,
I've seen so many examples of classification essays that I have become confused. Is it possible to just have 1 item in a category? For example, one essay talked about types of restaurants. I believe the organizing principle was the class of the establishment. However, as far as I could tell, the 2 categories were the MacDonald's restaurant and Fox's diner which were both located in the writer's town. Is it not necessary to list other examples of restaurants?
