Spirit Kids English is a well-known education group that provides British English education to young students aged 0 to 14. The headquarter is located in Guangzhou where has a pleasant climate and beautiful scenery. There are 3 stages, Preliminary, Intermediate and Advanced for foreign teachers and each stage has 5 levels. Spirit Kids English has specific criteria to judge whether foreign teachers can upgrade to the next level. The criteria includes teaching results, teaching services, teaching skills, teaching knowledge and etc. Every year, teachers will upgrade onto the next level if pass the National Teacher Assessment developed by headquarter. The higher level teachers will be, the better package and welfare teachers will have.
