Our mission is to create a caring school environment that fosters within all children an opportunity to develop a life long love of learning.

We offer a multicultural and diverse program for children of foreign nationality, taking into careful consideration each child's unique individual talents and learning styles. Our goal is to work collaboratively with parents, staff and the community to provide a supportive and professional educational environment enabling all students the opportunity to maximise their achievements through a rich variety of educational experiences.

Approved by Ningbo Education Bureau, Ningbo Huamao Multicultural Education Academy (MEA) was the first school to provide education to expatriate children in Ningbo and now we are building on our experience of the past five years, in combination with Hua Mao Group, to run what we hope to be the best school in the city.

There are around 30 students from 13 countries studying in the MEA

Curriculum
MEA's teaching staff is highly qualified and dedicated professionals who care sincerely about the children and aim to provide them with the best of western education in China. MEA's students are indeed fortunate, as our program incorporates subjects to help them to integrate into their host country by providing them with the opportunities to learn Chinese language, and traditional Chinese sports.
