You may also find yourself making jiaozi (dumplings) with local Chinese in Si he yuan (court yards).

Learn as You Play: On Class Language games offers one of the best ways to master a language, and ECE takes our students to local parks to play traditional Chinese sports, like shuttlecock, yinyang ball, fly kite and so on.
