HKU SPACE Global College, Suzhou was set up in 2005 by the School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE), an extension arm of the world-renowned University of Hong Kong (HKU), in collaboration with University of Science and Technology, Suzhou (USTS) and Global EduTech Management Group (GEM). The College is a full-time tertiary institution approved by the Jiangsu Provincial government. It is the first independent college in Jiangsu, operating as a joint-venture with Mainland and Hong Kong partners, to train modern executives and professionals.

Our Mission

The College’s mission is to provide top quality and international higher education to students in the Mainland, as well as across the Asia Pacific region.

While catering to the huge demand for professionals to meet the needs of rapid economic and social development in Suzhou and the Yangtze Delta region, the College also serves as a platform for cultural exchange and the transfer of the most up-to-date knowledge and skills, particularly in modern ‘soft sciences’ in the financial, business and service sectors.

In fulfilling these goals, the College offers award-bearing Dazhuan Diploma (xueli) and Associate Degree (feixueli) programmes which are career-oriented and internationally and professionally accredited.
