I just have to state that chances of having all these things set to your foreign standards are quite rare. Unless you are highly educated and have much experience to back you up. China does treat teachers poorly, but that is because they treat everyone badly. Also the living conditions may be standard here, but are quite different than your home country. It is good to ask questions, but quite honestly if you ask all these things, chances are you won't even get through the interview. Also remember teachers aren't rich in any country. So if you want to come here to be treated like a king, forget it. The person who wrote this is quite high strung and will never be happy.
