Re: How to Identify the Reputable Recruiters and the Illegitimate Recruiters in China
By:Robert <reelhr@yahoo.com>

Hello, Just wanted to say thank you for the information you provided. I agree 100%(PLUS) on every detail you wrote about. I experienced the bad side of a recruiter who was only interested on her commission, which I paid for, as it was taken out of my pay every month, and on top of that, the school and the apartment were not at all what I was told to expect. I never got a response from her when I requested assistance. YES, there are some recruiters and even schools out there in China that do take advantage of ESL teachers. BUT only those that do not do their research about the information provided about these situations suffer the consequences. I was a fool. Gregory, you have provided some very valuable information that I now will pass on to people I know, knowing it will be passed on and on to others. The twenty-five questions people should ask were right on target! I do encourage everyone to ASK these questions!!! You'll be surprise to hear the answers. NEVER accept the answers, "Don't worry." "We'll take care of it." and "That's the way we've done it for everyone." (You are not everyone!) Read the contract carefully before you sign it. Read it three times if you have to. AND do ask questions and challenge questionable items. I can go on and on, but as I said I just want to say THANK YOU for your part.
Robert
