A bit of help

Hello.

I can't really help you out on places-I haven't really been many places, but Shenyang seems to be like a great city. I spent a while there on my vacation, and had a great time.

As for salary, don't settle for anything less than 6500, but with your education, you should EASILY be able to ask for 8000+ a month. If someone offers you any less than 6000 RMB a month, don't bother with it. But that's just my opinion :) Also, the bigger the city, the higher the wage, it seems to be.
