Mr. Phillips - You wrote the following:

"If you covet to be an English teacher in china, you have a good chance of becoming one if you have a passion for language and teaching as well as love and respect for Japan and everything about this wonderful country."

I can only ask, "What the hell are you talking about?" The above excerpt is only one example of the extreme discontinuity and sloppiness of your writing and suggests to me that no one has ever bothered to tell you that you need to do some serious review and/or study before your advice can be accepted as serious by anyone. Well, let me get this straight: Do I need to have love and respect for Japan before I can teach in China?

Are you actually a teacher? I hope not. And would you mind explaining why "Japan" is capitalized and "China" is not? This is only one example of your obvious disregard for the rules regarding the use of the English language.

Finally, do you have a passionate feeling for the English language? If so, please demonstrate said passion by improving your writing skills. I can't imagine what your speaking skills must be like, nor can I imagine the disservice you're doing to foreign language students if you are actually a teacher.
