I'm American with all the qualifications to teach in China (BA in English/Speech; 6-12 teacher certification; MA in Communication Studies; 13 years teaching experience at US community college) but in order for me to teach in China I need to bring my 3 kids (ages:8, 11, 16).

I need any and all advice on bringing my children to China.

Would Dalian be a good place for us or is there a better place I should consider? Can anyone tell me anything about English speaking schools for my kids? Can a family of four live comfortably on 6000rmb in Dalian (including paying for my kids tuition)?
