Travel, Teach, Live in China

Getting a position once in China

I've been in contact with several schools and agencies in China and it is looking likely that I'll be going to Ladder English Training School in Fuzhou, headmaster William Wu (if anyone has any experience with this school/headmaster PLEASE let me know!). I'm very excited about teaching in China and have my heart set on it, but I still can't help feeling a little intimidated by the numerous bad reviews of schools on the internet. I've seen several people report that there are so many schools looking for dedicated teachers that it's not hard to find a position somewhere else if things go sour.
So my question is, how hard would it be to find another position should this school turn out to be unbearable to work at? If things don't work out here, should I just trust to luck and book a flight to China and worry about a job when I get there?
Any advice is very welcome!
