Travel, Teach, Live in China

Am I working legally?

Can anyone tell me?

I've been working in China for the past four years. I have my foreign expert certificate and resident permit renewed at the PSB yearly, but not so with my passport. The PSB says that I do not have to have my visa stamped. Is that a norm?

Yes

Yes, you have all the visas and documents you need! The Z-class visa (green book) allows you to reside in China and totally replaces any stamps in your passport, so don't worry about that! The red Expert visa allows you to teach in China.

Congrats, you are 100% legal!
