Thanks for the info -- I accepted their job offer a number of days after I posted the original message. I was able to get in touch with a couple of current/previous teachers and they had mostly good things to say, so I felt that it would be a good, solid place to start teaching in China. And maybe I'll end up staying there a while, who knows! So, if any of you are in Xi'an, look me up in late August, because I'll be ready to hang out and get things rolling.
