Making Memories In Sydney Australia
By:Kylee E. Smith

Family holidays are great for spending time with the family as a unit. The little ones are always excited from the first day to the last. Going to Sydney is even better because of all the fun family activities geared toward the family and especially the kids. There is so much fun for everyone. You will find that these fun activities will keep the kids as well as all adults busy the entire vacation.

The New South Wales Art Gallery is incredible. Normally you might not think of an art gallery as being an activity that the kids would enjoy but this Art Gallery is free to the public and totally kid friendly. There are activities on Sunday afternoons including art appreciation, storytelling and dance that are geared for children. Activities include exercises in mime and dance and even a hands on art workshop perfect for the whole family.

You can finish out the day at the Australian Museum. This museum is more of a discovery center that caters more to the kids under the age of 12. Maneuvering through the ship wrecks, the hot air balloons and the dinosaurs will keep everyone in awe, no matter their age.

"WOW" will be what you will hear the most when to visit the Darling Harbor. This location houses many boats of all shapes and sizes with its own learning center and aquarium. This place is easily an all day family adventure with a carousel, paddle boats and its own IMAX theater for the awesome movie experience. There truly is something for every age in Sydney.

If you like Coney Island, you will really enjoy Luna Park. This Sydney Harbor landmark has been around since 1935. Luna Park has all the classic fun rides and attractions that make it an adventure in entertainment all by itself. This lovely amusement part has so much more to see and do than just the rides and is open on weekends and holidays. Just great family fun fun fun. While these are just a few of the family friendly places with the amusement parks and learning experiences in and around Sydney Australia; Sydney has so much more to offer any one who chooses to spend quality family time within its domain.

Loads of adorable sydney hotels have special price reductions during the year. For the best choices in sydney accommodation just look on the web http://www.sydneyinformationcentre.com.au/.
