Established in Taipei in 1994, Shane English School (SES) Taiwan currently operates company-owned schools and franchise schools.

There are 36 Shane English schools spread throughout Taiwan with more planned. The majority of the schools are in the Taipei and Taipei County area but there are a number of schools scattered down the west coast of the country with Taiwan’s second biggest city, Kaoshiung being the most southernly school location. Each location has its own unique selling point.

As well as operating the traditional private English as a Foreign Language schools and teaching methodology that proved to be so successful in Shane English Schools in Japan, SES Taiwan launched the first Shane International Kindergarten in 1997, where children study English every day alongside their national curriculum classes.

SES Taiwan also prides itself on the quality of education for adults who are taught both in the schools and through in-company classes.
