2. We look for job seekers who match your description, screen them out and send you the resumes of serious contenders.
3. You interview the candidates and decided to proceed with the employment or not.

Please note

we charge a one-time flat fee of 5000 RMB upon a successful interview (we stay in touch with the candidates until the end of the hiring process)
we are looking for professional and long-term partners - we do not do business with scammers or people with a bad reputation in the industry
