POLY Languages Institute is a private language-training center. POLY provides English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to adults who are mostly international students from all over the world. POLY has three centers in Southern California: Irvine, Los Angeles, and Pasadena.

We are looking for agents from all over the world to help recruit students interested in improving their English language skills through our programs.

POLY offers commission based on pre-paid tuition and the pre-paid rent for the Student Residence. Tuition amount can be multiples of 4 weeks for up to 48 weeks, and the period of booking for the Student Residence can be any number of days, between 30 and 120 days. There is no commission for the students requesting reinstatement, change-of-status, or extension of their studies.

We offer three different rates for the Tuition Commission: 30% for Premier Agencies, 20% for Valued Agencies, and 10% for Preliminary Agencies. For the Student Residence Commission, the rate is 10% of the initial period booked for all agencies.

The type of agency is determined based on the number of introduced students who have studied at POLY for at least one complete 4-week term. A new agency starts as a Preliminary Agency. After sending the first student, the agency becomes a Valued Agency. If a second student is sent within 3 months of sending the first student, the agency will be entitled to retroactively collect commission of the first student sent at the Valued Agency rate. After the first 10 students, the agency will become a Premier Agency. In order to remain as a Premier Agency, the agency must continue to send at least 5 students per year. In order to remain as a Valued Agency, the agency must send at least 2 students per year. For changes in agency status or nullifying of this agreement, there will be a 30-day notice from us.
