Based in Shanghai, Telfort Education Group delivers post-secondary 3 year International diploma and study abroad programs in International Business and Digital Media to Chinese high school graduates in partnership with government registered colleges and universities located in several of China’s largest cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Nanjing and Guangzhou.

Telfort has been delivering quality education to Chinese students since 1996. In recent years, it has begun to invest in blended learning platforms that will allow it to extend its support for learners pursuing their desire to study abroad to life-long learners.

All Telfort programs provide learners with non-credit ESL study to acquire language qualifications for further study in English and Study Abroad (usually an IELTS qualification), as well as for credit study of business and digital media subjects consistent with international undergraduate programs of study.

This year Telfort Education Group and ABE (The Association of Business Executives www.abeuk.com), an internationally recognized issuer of business qualifications carrying university level accreditation, formed a special partnership to introduce ABE’s courses to Chinese learners.
With the expansion of our student enrollment and the opening of new centers in China, we are constantly engaged in the search for qualified instructional staff.

Note: Where enrollment conditions require, business teachers may also be required to teach some ESL courses.

Telfort Standards of Employment
• Salaried contract positions associated with the partner college and university
o ESL - 6000 to 8000RMB
o Business – 8000 to 10,000RMB
• Maximum instructional hours per week (usually about 20 45 minute class periods)
• 10 to 12 month contracts with associated Chinese registrations for working and living in China
• Airfare Allowance of up to 8000 RMB
• Housing (furnished one bedroom apartments on campus or housing allowance of up to 3600 RMB depending on location)
• Repayment for Basic Health expenses
• Offers conditional upon partner schools ability to secure work permits (Foreign Expert Certificates from local government authorities) and resident visas

Basic Instructional Tasks
• Teachers will be required to deliver instruction to Chinese college and university students in their first three years of study at a government registered post-secondary institution.
• Teachers will be provided with course outlines and learning resources, including textbooks and other media resources that support a prescribed program of study in ESL, Business English and Business Subject matter.
• Teachers will be required to prepare lesson plans, conduct in class assessment, grade written and spoken assignments, and grade examination papers.
