School Introduction
Shiyan Golden Future Foreign Language Training School is located in Shiyan City, Hubei Province, China. Established in 2004, we provide professional and entry level English/Foreign Language training programs to both teenager and adult foreign language learners in China. Since our founding in 2004, Golden Future Foreign Language Training School has had over 40 thousand student enrollment. Currently we have around 500 students enrolled in different programs for the fall semester. We are licensed by Chinese Government to invite the foreign teachers to work here，foreign university students to learn Chinese here, working visa and Foreign Teacher Expert Certificates will be provided for the final candidates. Students visa will also be done for the students for the exchange and internship program.

Exchange/Internship Program
Golden Future offers exiting opportunities for enthusiastic professionals who enjoy working with children. Our university exchange/internship program will provide Chinese lesson, an awesome and fun opportunity to learn the language and experience Chinese culture. Trips to Wudang Mountain (located in Shiyan, known as the most important center of Taoism, especially famous for its Taoist versions of martial arts or Taichi), Xi'an (one of the oldest cities in China, famous especially for Terracotta Army) and other nearby towns will be organized to offer an fully culture experience during the program.

Job Description
• Manage English instruction classrooms to enhance English learning atmosphere for students
• Develop creative lesson plans that engage students and encourage class participation
• Help to prepare and attend school's extra events and parties (i.e. holiday parties and festivals)
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding weekly lessons
• Interview and counsel prospective student
• Support the growth and development of the branch school through various marketing responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
• Completion or upon completion of university degree or diploma from an accredited university (all major considered)
• Native level speakers of English, French, Italian, German, Russian, Spanish and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to cultural differences
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Commitment to students’ satisfaction and success
• Enthusiastic to work with students
• Willingness to learn

Following attributes is not required but will be considered an asset:
• Experience working with children/Education background
• Sales/customer service experience
• Multi-language speaker
