Training centre in Wuxi, Jiangsu is currently looking for experienced teachers, senior teachers and managers to move into management positions within our organization. Shane English School Wuxi has 7 locations, 3000+ students between 3 and 15 years old, 40 English teachers and over 80 local staff. We are looking for ambitious, experienced teachers that are looking for a chance to make a difference. Our biggest focus is on teacher development and teaching quality. Job descriptions vary depending on positions.

-12-18 teaching hours a week
-33-40 total hours in the school per week
-Demonstration classes and placement tests for new students
-Charity events and trip planning
-Teacher workshops and ongoing training
-Teacher observations and feedback meetings
-Course development
-Teacher scheduling
-Basic accounting and budget management
-Weekly and monthly management meetings
-Seasonal party planning
-weekly/monthly/yearly goals and targets

-Salaries range between 12000 - 15000 RMB to start depending on position and experience
-6000 RMB guaranteed yearly bonus
-Yearly profit sharing incentives between 1% and 1.5%
-Yearly flight bonuses for Academic Managers and higher after 2nd year and each year after
-Recruitment bonuses

-Be willing to learn and want to grow as a teacher/manager
-Be native English speakers
-Have a bachelors degree or higher
-TEFL certificate or equivalent
-Have a year or more teaching experience
-Be eager to help develop teachers and ensure that they get the experience that they came to China for
-Be open minded, creative and energetic
