Cooperative Agencies Wanted for recruiting graduates as teaching interns in China

Shanghai Meiji now is looking for cooperative agencies to recruit fresh graduates working as teaching interns in China.

I. Introduction of Shanghai Meiji

II.Teaching interns needed urgently

Internship program of five months/one year

At present, a large number of ESL teachers are needed urgently in Chinese different educational institutions, including kindergartens and language training schools. Shanghai Meiji has launched a program for fresh graduates to work as teaching interns in these schools, which is not merely a teaching opportunity for fresh graduates but also a valuable trip of Chinese culture.

Qualifications for candidates for the teaching intern program:

1.At least a bachelor degree (Majors in education or early education or TEFL/TESL/ESL are preferred)
2.Nationality: native English-speaking countries including U.K., U.S.A., South Africa, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland (necessary)
3.Experience: teaching experience could be 0-1
4.Age: 20-25 (fresh graduates are preferred)
5.Personality: out-going and positive
6.Clear criminal record

III.Cooperative recruiting agencies wanted

Now Shanghai Meiji is looking for cooperative agencies to recruit fresh graduates as teaching interns in Chinese educational institutions.

Job Responsibilities for the cooperative agencies:

• Understanding the brief that Shanghai Meiji has provide in order to screen candidates effectively

• Using job boards such as Reed, Jobsite and CV library on a daily basis – Putting together relevant search stings; also social media to source candidates and advertise vacancies (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)

• Qualifying candidates over the telephone and face to face
• Interviewing potential candidates over the telephone, building a relationship and gain a strong understanding of their skill-set.

• Creating in depth candidate profiles before sending to Shanghai Meiji
• Building a pool of candidates actively seeking work
• Setting up and arranging interviews
