Well, we are a growing company (USA Sishu) located in China, teaching ESL English to students 6 to 15 years old. We are seeking teachers and tutors to work from home teaching students online. Students are located in China.

HOURS
Work hours available are 3:00 am to 6:00 am Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 pm to 12:00 am, and 12:00 am to 6:00 am. Minimum hours required are 1 week day shift or 1 weekend shift. Teachers are especially needed for weekend hours.

WORKING ONLINE
We will provide the computer program needed to teach students by the internet.
A quiet room, a high speed internet connection, and fast operating computer is required for the position.

CLASSES
Teach English online to primary school students located in China. Classes are one hour long with 1 to 4 students. Demo Classes (trial demonstration classes) are 20 minutes long (15 minutes teaching and 5 minutes for evaluation). Each Demo class has only 1 student.

SALARY
$15 per hour, increase to 10% after 1 year, plus bonuses 5 Dollars if one new student is enrolled after your demo class. So the demo class normally lasts for 20 minutes, which means you will be given 3 demo classes within an hour and if 3 students all enrolled after your demo class, you will get $15 extra. Salary will be paid by Paypal 2 times per month. No deposit will be required for our teaching positions.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidates with experience of teaching or tutoring students are preferred but not a must.
We will train you if you are not experienced.
2. A quiet room, a high speed internet connection, and fast operating computer is required for the position.
3. Candidates need to be available for the shifts listed above.
4. Candidates must be able to speak slowly and clearly.
