GENERAL:
• Students of the program are all native speakers of primary school age.
• The focus of instruction will be on student’s reading and writing.
• Normal teaching schedule is a standard 5 day 40 hour week with 2 days off.
• Teachers are expected to be enthusiastic and effective in the classroom and to create high quality lessons for their students.
• Text books and other materials have been specially created for the course

REQUIREMENTS
• Applicants must have at least 1 years’ experience teaching a similar Language Arts program with emphasis on reading and writing skills.
• The position is open to native English speaking teachers ONLY with preference given to citizens of the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.K. Teachers who are NOT from one of the 5 recognized English speaking countries are unlikely to be successful.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or better.

BENEFITS:
• Salary: 18,000 RMB per month.
