We are a startup dedicated to bringing high quality education to more Chinese families. By offering language programs in a home setting, we seek to make bilingual education more communicative and affordable. We are looking for experienced native English speaking teachers to be part of our R&D team.

Qualifications:

Native level English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or higher
CELTA, TEFL/TESOL certificate required
Minimum 1 year experience teaching children; teaching experience in science or art subjects is a plus
Must be patient and enthusiastic; creative skills for planning practical and interesting lessons can be considered in lieu of formal TEFL qualifications.
Good planning and organization skills

Responsibilities:

planning, preparing and delivering lessons to children aged 3 to 12;
working closely with the Chinese team to design curriculum and develop materials, including audio and visual resources;
attending and contributing to training sessions;
participating in marketing events for the language school;

Salary and benefits:

monthly salary: 10,000+RMB
performance bonus
12 hrs a week flextime
