About Sinolink: We are a legally registered company in China with two founders.

Richie Cooper: With a wealth of experience in customer service and recruitment, Richie, born and raised in the UK. He is a teacher and previous co-coordinator of a language school with over 7 years experience. An important part of his role was to conduct several interviews each month to ensure the best people are selected for the right positions. As a seasoned expat who understands the needs and challenges those seeking to work abroad, Richie has also taught English in South Korea, Malaysia and China.

Vivian Rao: Now an IELTS teacher in Huanghuai University, Vivian has held a series of teaching positions over the years. While serving as a teacher at Huanghuai University (Henan), a position she held for six years, Vivian worked as liaison for the foreign teachers working in Huanghuai. Due to this, she is familiar with the various (and often diverse) requirements that teachers have, and she has an in-depth awareness of the expectations that universities have for their teachers. Furthermore, Vivian taught Mandarin in a UK-based private school for 2 years and is therefore very familiar both with life as an expat and life in the West.
Unlike other agencies we are only specialise in working with universities or other higher education establishments (e.g. professional colleges). This is because Vivian has worked in a university for many years and understands what universities need from foreign teachers, as well as the needs of expats working in these establishments. Furthermore, with our emphasis on creating the best possible match between candidates and universities, our ambition is not simply to recruit anyone for any position within any school.
