Now here has a modern style training center in all districts in Shanghai city, this training school offers excellent teaching materials and a English environment to its kids and teachers. Candidates must graduated for 2 years if you don; t have a 120 hours TEFL or TESOL certificate. Students are aged from 3-12 years old. Five days for work per week, two flexible days off during the week according to the school's arrangement, teaching at weekends is required. The working schedule is 36 working hours per week during the probation, after probation is 26 working hours per week including the teaching hours and office hours. Teachers' basic salary is 12, 000-13, 000RMB per month. The starting salary is at least 12000 RMB a month, it will increase after 3 months of probation. The contract contains 3 months probation contract and 12 months of employment contract, it requires to sign a 15 months contract. You will have ONE time allowance.
Salary: 13000CNY(RMB) to 16000CNY(RMB) Monthly
Housing: 2000 RMB (one time) as a Living allowance upon arrival for overseas candidates
