We are a small parent run community based Montessori preschool looking for one senior 3-6 year old Montessori trained teacher and one assistant. We are based in a cozy villa in downtown Beijing. No agencies! We are not an agency too.

Position 1- Montessori Teacher
The successful applicant will need:
A firm commitment to the Montessori method and Philosophy
Montessori 3-6 Diploma (AMI/AMS)
Warm and caring manner with children and parents
Effective communication skills
Capacity to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work successfully as a team member
