Shanghai Oriental Small Ying Star Kindergarten

February 2016, 2 Positions Available: English Teacher and Teaching Supervisor

Role Responsibilities：

ESL teacher:
Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students
Make corresponding teaching plan according to 3-6 year old students
Be responsible for the teaching of English speaking and listening
Maximum 25 classes every week, eight working hours per day Monday – Friday
Teaching Supervisor:
Has an international perspective and recognition of multicultural ideas, with a great respect for Chinese culture
Understanding and well-organised in order to meet school annual objective for its professional and international development, and to build up its reputation in the Chinese education market.

Candidate Requirements:

ESL teacher:
Excellent teaching ability of English speaking and listening
Bachelor’s degree or above
Native speaker of English
At least one-year teaching experience
Possess English education qualification such as TEFL/ TESOL certificate
Around 40-50 years old preferred, for their rich life experience
2.Teaching Supervisor:

Native speaker of English
3+ years of successful senior leadership experience
Experience of teacher development
Knowledge of the American teaching system and teaching materials preferred
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills for motivating and rewarding a multicultural teaching team to meet objectives.
Remuneration:

Monthly salary (in RMB yuan): 8000- 13,000 dependent on experience
