Class100 is a multinational educational technology company with hopes of reshaping the future of teaching and distance learning through our unique interactive teaching platform. Our offices are located in China (Beijing), USA (Hawaii) and The Philippines (Manila). We are developing rapidly and there is huge potential for advancement within the organization on completion of an initial one-year contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Those selected for our positions will come to work at our HQ office and training center in Beijing, China in a full-time position. Primary duties are as follows:
a) using our interactive teaching platform to teach English to second language learners while working to improve the platform's usability and versatility
b) working with Chinese English teachers to research and better understand the Chinese educational system while gaining knowledge of classroom management theory and c) working with our foreign staff and Chinese administrators to develop a better domestic and global marketing and development strategy. The position will require developing personal knowledge of our daily operations, teaching concepts, curriculum development and technology while having the opportunity to explore China's cities, sites and culture.

EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
Employees will be provided with a fully furnished apartment near our office and training center, health insurance, work visa and paid vacation time to see different cities and attractions around China through our company. Return airfare tickets will be reimbursed upon the completion of a one-year contract. Monthly salary starts at 9000RMB but can be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- A four-year degree from an accredited institution is a minimum requirement
- Applicants with knowledge, certification or experience in the fields of international business, marketing, education or technology is preferred
- A genuine interest in educational technology and the future of our company
- Excellent work ethic and strong problem solving skills
- Willingness and ability to commit to a one-year program
